The beginning of this company goes back to 1987, when Borja Irazusta started the manufacture and commercialization of croquettes and fresh fried food. Since then, Gorena has turned into a company that produces 180 tonnes each month, giving job to 22 people and having capacity, due to the made investments, to duplicate our production.

The quality of all the products is our main matter in all the fields of the company. We don’t use any flavouring, preservatives or stabilizers; suffice it to say that the milk we use is fresh milk.

Gorena has in its installations three production lines as well as a continuous SCANDIA deep-freezing tunnel in spiral with a freezing capacity of 3,000kg/h of air and of 1500m3 of freezing.

Gorena is commercialized as first brand name and Gailur as second brand name and has other brands for several clients, all of them respecting our best quality. Gorena is also present in foreign countries as France, Dominican Republic, Holland...
